Introduction : a contract is formed between customer and zefrinazenbeauty when you have a treatment. Customer must fill a consultation form written in acceptance of any treatment or product they receive from zefrinazenbeauty. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Supply : Zefrinazenbeauty agrees to supply the services to the customer as detailed in the order and according to the terms and conditions of this.
Rights reserved : Should Zefrinazenbeauty choose not to enforce any or all of these conditions it should not be interpreted as a waiver of any of the company's rights. By providing the company with an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
Payment : Zefrinazenbeauty shall issue an invoice to the customer in respect of the treatment or products they have supplied to the customer. Payment terms will be stipulated on any invoice issued by the company. These may include non-standard or special clauses which the company may reasonably request from the customer. The company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts on an annual rate of 5% over the date the payment is due. Title in the services shall remain with the company until full payment has been received unless otherwise stipulated in the order. Any cancellations under 24hrs would still be considered a late termination fee of £5 which the company has the right to enforce to the customer.
Health & Safety : The company and the customer will act in accordance with all relevant health and safety requirements in order to provide the services. Any health conditions must be written on the medical form in the eventuality of a allergic reaction. If not done so, Zefrinazenbeauty has the right to not take any responsibility for the health of the customer.
Refunds : Zefrinazenbeauty has the right to respectfully request reasonable information and proof of reason for the refund. Any complaints can be made through a complaints form that is reviewed by Zefrinazenbeauty and can be respecfully denied if no evidence or reasonable proof is given in respect of the service and treatment that was provided. If full or partial refund offer is offered, the customer must take this as disclosure of the complaint and no further action can be taken by the customer if they agree to the refund. Zefrinazenbeauty has the right to evaluate all the information before such court proceedings and a letter from an appointed solicitor and this after insurance information is disclosed to the customer. By signing the form both parties are agreeing to these terms and conditions before any service or treatment has been provided.
